Despite the pandemic and its related restrictions on service, MOFO Burgers in Carlton opened its doors in June 2020, determined to succeed and meet the financial demands of rent. Although there was no dine-in option, the owners, who also run the neighbouring cafe StoveTop, have over 30 years of experience in the food industry and hit the ground running.

MOFO Burgers boasts juicy beef patties, crispy bacon, and perfectly melted cheese, as can be seen in the photos. The menu, featuring ten burgers, and fifteen sides, including fried chicken, mac n cheese, and jalapeno poppers thoughtfully curated and perfect for Melbourne University students.
