Being on the top 10 burger list in 2014 and again in 2015 I really excited about the burger they had on offer when going into Le Bon Ton.

Le Bon Ton as done an awesome job with the fit-out of this place, it has a bit of an old school interior with a modern beer garden out the back which is perfect for an afternoon out with friends.

There is only one burger on the menu which is the Le Bon Ton Cheeseburger. The bun was ultra soft, the meat was cooked how it should be and the bacon was nice and crispy, but the meat lacked flavour, the cheese was un-melted and there was barely any sauce.

I had a quick look through a few other pictures of this burger while writing this review and mine definitely didn’t look like some of others that have been pictured. I saw some with melted cheese and dripping sauce which would have made a big difference to the over rating.

Also ordered were the fried chicken wings, for me they were better than the burger.

An extra patty at Le Bon Ton goes for $8.00 which I had to pass on, 150g patty for $8 is just taking the piss.

Chips are not included with this burger, $16 will get you the standard cheeseburger without JalapeΓ±os.

Not in my top 10, not in my top 20.
